18-Wheeler Driver Injured in Collision

Travis County, Texas: On March 11, 2015, at approximately 6:38 p.m. a pickup truck driver named Woldhagen, while in the course and scope of his employment with Quality Steel, was operating a 2013 Ford F-150 in the northbound lanes of IH 35 in Travis County, Texas. Mr. Woldhagen failed to maintain a proper speed and distance of the truck and struck the back of Mr. Anderson’s tractor-trailer, causing truck driver Anderson to suffer severe and serious injuries. Wigington Rumley Dunn & Blair, LLP filed suit on behalf of Mr. Anderson against Defendants for negligence, alleging that the pickup truck driver and his employer, Quality Steel, were guilty of negligence resulting in the accident and the injuries to the 18-wheeler driver. This case settled for a confidential sum.
